BRICK& STONE WORK AND BRUCE'S SPECIALTY - FIREPLACES

  Bruce has been a brick/stone mason for over 40 years.  Fireplaces are specialty and he'll tell you - they are his favorite project, and he is one the best around.  In fact, he is in such demand he is called upon for his stone work from Chicago to Toronto to cottage country.

  This fireplace is a beast!  Bruce looks small sitting on the second level!  This is a conversation piece that completely changed the feel of their backyard.  We are told the family loves sitting out by this on a summer night.

  Another stunning fireplace.  In this basement we added a large section of re-claimed brick with some great character.  this fireplace steals the show, looking like it belongs in a ski lodge.  The client made a great choice with that stone.

This client was looking for a modern yet classic look.  They chose re-claim brick, with an arch around the fire box.  They wanted a nice, big, bold mantle so we built a custom piece with some nice corbels.  Big change from the old, out dated stone that was there before!

  What a fun project!  Bruce, being a Stone/Brick Mason did a great job on these stone pillars, capped with a nice stone.  The fireplace is a matching brick with stone highlights and the bar is all stone with a nice concrete counter top.  The client is beyond happy!  What a great space!

  This was a full take down of the previous surround.  It was a well built wood surround, but simply too old and outdated.  The customer chose a nice, modern contemporary stone.  It looks great - very modern! 

What a cool basement.  The re-claim brick look fantastic, and completely transform this clients basement.  This is going to be THE coolest games room around.
